Of the 100 or so casino visits I have made this year in 41 different casinos in 17 states, my experience here was one of the best. The close proximity to the highway provides easy access and there is ample parking.even for TV's and semi trucks. This casino is located right off hwy 131 about 13 miles south of grand rapids MI. There are plenty of other good casinos in Michigan. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hole in the wall casino. Terrible customer service, not even an apology offered. I called the director of security and the GM of the casino on the phone to find out why the requests for security to be called were ignored and both were very condescending to me. Security is non-existent here and we will NOT be coming back EVER. The attacker then ripped off his shirt and got up from the table and tried to come after my fiance.

In my experience at a casino, if there is an issue like this, the dealer should call for security and or the pit boss immediately.

Prior to any altercation, she had tried to have the dealer call for security multiple times but instead of doing so the dealer told her that she either had to place a bet or leave the table and completely ignored her request. Not because of anything she said or did, but because he was hammered drunk. My fiance and I were gambling here and another patron tried to attack her at a blackjack table.
